Is there really a free trial?
Yes — every new school starts on a 14-day free trial with full access, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you simply choose the plan that fits.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time as your student numbers change. Your data is always preserved when you switch.
How do parents pay school fees?
CloudSchool generates numbered fee vouchers and challans you can print or share. On the Pro plan, parents can also pay online via Kuickpay, Easypaisa or JazzCash, and payments reconcile automatically. Note this is separate from your subscription to CloudSchool.
Is my school's data secure?
Each school's data is fully isolated in our multi-tenant architecture, sessions expire daily, and sensitive payment credentials are encrypted at rest. The fee ledger is append-only and audit-ready.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Pick a plan to keep working without interruption, or reach out and we'll help you choose the right tier for your school.
Can I import my existing students?
