Fees
Print fee challans and vouchers
Updated 11 August 2026
You can print a single student's fee challan, or every voucher in a whole batch at once, and you can customise how the printed challan looks for your school.
Printing one voucher
Go to Fees & Billing → Vouchers, filter by status if you like (All, Unpaid, Partial, Paid, Waived (100% off)), find the student's row, and click Print. This opens the printable challan for that one voucher.
You can also print from Collect fees: while a student's voucher is open, use Student invoice to print it directly from the collection screen.
Printing a whole batch at once
On the Vouchers page, use the Whole-batch invoice… dropdown to pick a class & batch, then click Batch invoice. This opens every student's voucher in that batch as one PDF, ready to hand out or send to print.
What "Add arrears to invoices" means
On the Collect fees screen there's a checkbox: Add arrears to invoices. When ticked, printed invoices include the student's other outstanding balances (arrears) alongside the current period, so a parent sees everything they owe on one sheet. Untick it if you're printing forward-dated invoices for a holiday month and don't want old arrears cluttering that one. This setting affects both the single Student invoice print and the Batch invoice print.
Customising the challan design
Go to Fees & Billing → Invoice designer ("Fee invoice designer") to change how every printed challan looks for your school. You can adjust:
- Page & style — orientation (Landscape/Portrait), text size (Compact/Normal/Large), logo size, and accent colour.
- Header — the voucher title text, and whether to show the school address and phone.
- Student fields — whether to show roll number, guardian name, billing period, and issue date.
- Amounts — whether to show discounts, late fine, total after due date, and amount in words, plus how arrears print (Hidden, One total, or Month-wise).
- Bank & payment — bank name & branch, account number, bank logo, a bank stamp box, a pay-online block, and a QR/scan code.
- Copies — add up to four named copies (for example "Bank," "School," "Parent") that print together on one challan.
- Text & footer — a custom message, period start/end dates, a signature line with its label, and a footer note.
Click Save design when you're happy — it applies to every voucher printed from then on, both single and batch prints.
